Race Recap – Friday Night: Podium Finish for the #10s – Jacksonville Speedway

Friday night gave Standridge Motorsports exactly the kind of run we’ve been working toward.

In the heat race, Jeremy rolled off 3rd and brought it home 4th, putting the #10s solidly into the show. When the feature lined up, we started 7th with a car that finally felt like it was coming back to us — and by the end of 25 laps, we were standing on the podium with a P2 finish.

It didn’t come easy. Running 3rd on the final lap, a spinning car opened the door, and Jeremy capitalized — then charged into the last corner and made the move for second. Sometimes racing gives you a little luck, but you still have to be in position to take advantage of it.

This run meant even more considering the month we’ve had. After getting run over by the push truck two weeks ago at Lincoln Speedway, we sent our shocks to FK Indy and went back to work trying to find the balance we’ve been missing. To come back out and finish second shows the progress, the effort, and the direction this team is heading.

We can’t thank our sponsors, family, and fans enough for sticking with us through the early‑season struggles. Nights like this prove the work is paying off — and we’re just getting started.
